Taste of the BeachSignature Dishes from Pensacola Beach Restaurants
September 19-20, 2009

Sea, sip, savor a Taste of the Beach. Bring an appetite and be prepared for an explosion of flavors as Santa Rosa Island chefs show off their culinary skills with signature dishes or perhaps new creations near the Gulfside Pavilion in the core of Pensacola Beach. Along with "island eats" from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., visitors can enjoy activities for kids and free live entertainment.

  • Bullfeathers - Bullfeather's Burger, Fall Off The Bone Ribs
  • Crab's We Got 'Em - Crab Cake Sliders, She-Crab Soup
  • Dog House Deli - Red Beans and Rice, Hot Dogs, Banana Pudding
  • Flounder's - Famous Beer Boiled Shrimp, Flounder’s Chowder, Tuna Dip, Sno Cones
  • Hemingway's - Long Boat Mahi Mahi, Conch Chowder, Key Lime Pie
  • Hilton's H2O - Muffalettas
  • Hooters - Naked Wings, Breaded Wings and Drums with Dipping Sauces
  • Lillo's - New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Crab Balls

Children's Area

Saturday & Sunday - 1 to 4 p.m.
Activities include: face painting, mini golf, bean bag toss, sidewalk chalk art area, ring toss, sand sculpture, coloring contest with prizes awarded daily at 4 p.m.
