It’s a bird, it’s a plane... it’s Local Hero at Sounds of Summer
Local Hero entertains the crowd at Sounds of Summer with their unique blend of rock, soul, blues and funk to create a sound that reminds you what music is all about. Local Hero will perform Sunday, August 3 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Quietwater Shell. They put their heart into their music, which includes both covers and original songs. The band is sure to bring their electric energy to the crowd on Pensacola Beach.
The band is comprised of lead guitarist Johnny Hollihand, Joe Daniel on lead and rhythm guitar, Tommy Jackson on drums, Charlie Powell on bass and David White as lead singer.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
