2 High Strung at Sounds of Summer
Rock, blues and country will fill the air at Sounds of Summer from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28 when 2 high Strung performs. Band members started playing together in the summer of 2007 and since, have developed an explosive, entertaining sound. Although they have played mostly in Milton, 2 high Strung is looking forward to begin playing in the Pensacola Beach scene.
Band members include Delmar Dice on rhythm guitar and vocals; Vick Mclellan on lead bass, keyboard and vocals; Zeke Madaris on bass, keyboard and vocals; Pauline Martin on bass and vocals; and Moe Roberts on drums.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
