The Song Byrds at Bands on the Beach
The Song Byrds is a local Pensacola musical group that uses a combination of instruments coupled with pre-recorded music that creates the sound of numerous musicians and allows them to play a broad cross section of material. Their repertoire includes blues, rock, Latin, country, reggae, calypso and swing. They perform music popular from the forties to the present day.
The members of the group are Jeff and Andree Byrd, and Tommy Ratchford.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
