Fort Morgan Slammers Bring Southern Rock to Bands on the Beach
The Fort Morgan Slammers kick the week off at Bands on the Beach on Tuesday, August 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. Playing together for over three years now, these “southern rock specialists” bring killer covers from the Marshall Tucker Band, Santana, the Allman Brothers and even some home-grown originals that will rock your heart out. Band members include Jim Rector on drums, “Downtown” Randy Brown on bass and Bo Harris on vocals and lead guitar.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
