Dr. Breeze Prescribes Good-Time Tunes for Bands on the Beach

Bands on the Beach welcomes Dr. Breeze on Tuesday, August 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Gulfside Pavilion. Dr. Breeze prescribes the right dose of great tunes for concert-goers at Bands on the Beach. The resident music doctor, or Wilk McKean as his friends call him, relocated to the Gulf Coast from the Big Easy to bring his own style of entertainment, rich in the tradition of his jazz, blues and classic rock to local music lovers.

This talented singer, songwriter and guitarist specializes in "good time" entertainment. McKean has released five albums of original music and collaborations such as "Paradise" and "Let’s Fall In Love Again."

Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
